Every case is made to order in the USA by SPOKE Custom Products, then shipped with tracking. Production currently takes 2 to 5 business days after submission. Orders are automatically submitted to Printify after 24 hours.

If your case arrives damaged, misprinted or is not the model you ordered, contact us within 30 days with a photo and we send a replacement free of charge.

Each case is made for one specific phone, so we cannot swap it if the wrong model was picked. Please check yours before you order.
