Shipping policy

Printing and processing
Every Vesterfy case is printed to order in the USA after you place your order. Printing usually takes 2 to 5 business days, and we allow up to one extra business day to check and process each order. The delivery estimates below already include this time.

Where we ship and how long it takes
We currently ship cases to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and Malaysia. Estimated delivery with Standard shipping, counted from your order:

  • Contiguous United States: 4 to 11 business days
  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other US territories: 9 to 18 business days
  • Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and Malaysia: 12 to 36 business days

Business days exclude weekends and holidays. These are estimates, not guarantees, and customs checks, carrier delays, peak seasons and severe weather can extend delivery. The product page shows the estimate for your country, and the address you enter at checkout confirms where we can ship.

Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel ships. Tracking can take 1 to 3 business days to show its first scan.

Shipping rates
Shipping is free on every order to the United States. For other destinations, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and order size, and is shown to you before payment.

Customs, duties and import taxes
For international orders, import duties and taxes are not collected at checkout. If your country charges them, they are payable by you on delivery. We cannot predict these amounts. Parcels refused at customs and returned to sender are treated as a change of mind and are not automatically refunded.

Incorrect addresses
We ship to the address provided at checkout. If that address is incomplete or incorrect and the parcel is returned to us, you are responsible for reshipping costs. Contact us as soon as you spot an error, as we can usually correct it before your case is printed.

Orders with several items
Orders with more than one item can arrive in separate parcels, at no extra cost to you.

Digital downloads
The Edge Journal is a digital download. Nothing is shipped. Your download link appears on the order confirmation page and arrives by email right after payment.
