Shipping policy
Production time
All Vesterfy cases are made to order. Production takes 2 to 5 business days before your parcel is handed to the carrier. Production time is separate from delivery time.
Delivery estimates
Estimated delivery after production, in business days:
- United States: 3 to 8 days
- Canada: 5 to 12 days
- United Kingdom and Europe: 5 to 12 days
- Australia and New Zealand: 7 to 15 days
- Southeast Asia: 6 to 14 days
- Rest of world: 10 to 20 days
These are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier delays, customs inspection, peak periods and severe weather can extend them.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email once your parcel leaves the production facility. Tracking can take 1 to 3 business days to show its first scan.
Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and order size, and is shown to you before payment.
Customs, duties and import taxes
For international orders, import duties and taxes are not collected at checkout. If your country charges them, they are payable by you on delivery. We cannot predict these amounts. Parcels refused at customs and returned to sender are treated as a change of mind and are not automatically refunded.
Incorrect addresses
We ship to the address provided at checkout. If that address is incomplete or incorrect and the parcel is returned to us, you are responsible for reshipping costs. Contact us immediately if you spot an error, as we can usually correct it before production finishes.
Split shipments
Orders containing several items may be produced in different facilities and can arrive separately, at no additional cost to you.
