This website is operated by Vesterfy ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting this site or placing an order you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Refund and Replacement Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated into these terms by reference.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order with us.
3. Products and accuracy
We make every effort to display our products and their colours accurately. Screen calibration varies between devices, so actual colour may differ slightly from what you see. Model compatibility is listed on each product page, and it is your responsibility to select the correct phone model.
4. Pricing and availability
All prices are shown in US dollars. We may change prices, edit product descriptions, or discontinue any product at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit or refuse any order, and to cancel an order where a product was listed at an obviously incorrect price, in which case we will refund you in full.
5. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. Acceptance takes place when we send you an order confirmation. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund it in full.
6. Intellectual property
All designs, artwork, text, photography, logos and site content are owned by Vesterfy or used under licence, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not reproduce, resell, or create derivative works from our designs without our written permission.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to introduce malicious code, to scrape or harvest data, or to interfere with the operation or security of the site.
8. Third party links and services
This site may link to third party websites and relies on third party providers for payment processing, fulfilment and analytics. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third party.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site and our products are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties not expressly stated in these terms, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Vesterfy harmless against claims arising from your breach of these terms.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict of law rules. This does not deprive you of the protection afforded by mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
